Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the yesph website at yesph.bet, including all games, services, applications, and content made available thereon.
• "Player Account" or "Account" means the registered account created by a User on the yesph Platform.
• "Wallet" means the PHP-denominated virtual account balance held within a Player's Account on the yesph Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash incentive offered by yesph to Players, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a Bonus or deposit amount before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity and eligibility.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond yesph's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, telecommunication failures, or internet outages.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the yesph registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the Platform, you signify your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with the yesph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered Players, and any other users of the Platform. Access to certain features of the Platform is conditional on maintaining a valid, verified Player Account in good standing.

yesph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. Players are encouraged to review these Terms regularly. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or to the registered email address on file.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the yesph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by yesph. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services of this nature is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the yesph Platform is not in violation of any laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who are legally restricted from entering contracts are not permitted to register or play on yesph.
4. Excluded Persons: You must not have been previously self-excluded from the yesph Platform or from any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform on a basis that remains in effect at the time of access.
5. Employee Restriction: Employees, directors, officers, and contractors of yesph, and immediate family members of such persons, are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on the yesph Platform, you are required to complete the registration process and create a Player Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) Player Account on yesph. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password. yesph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify yesph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
• KYC Verification: yesph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Access to withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is completed to yesph's satisfaction.
• Account Ownership: Player Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your Account or any rights therein to any third party.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the yesph Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your yesph Wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 per withdrawal request. yesph reserves the right to adjust minimum withdrawal limits and will notify Players of any changes.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during standard operating hours (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM PHT). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will, where operationally possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This is an anti-money laundering requirement and is non-negotiable.
• Verification Hold: Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending completion of KYC verification. yesph will communicate any hold and the documents required to resolve it promptly.
• Fees: yesph does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are beyond yesph's control.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. yesph reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month to dormant account balances after prior written notice.

Bonuses & Promotions

yesph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. yesph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion, including restricting bonus availability based on Player history, payment method, or location.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is pending wagering may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus Misuse: Any Player found to be abusing bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with good-faith play — will have their bonuses voided and their Account reviewed for suspension.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered through within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.
• Modification: yesph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights that have already vested in favour of Players.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the yesph Platform are subject to the specific rules of each game as published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before wagering.

• RNG Integrity: Slot games and other RNG-based games on yesph use certified Random Number Generation systems. Game outcomes are independently generated and are not influenced by previous results or Player account history.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. The results of live dealer games are final once the dealer announces the outcome and the round closes. Technical issues must be reported immediately; retrospective disputes regarding completed rounds will not be entertained.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a system malfunction that renders the result of a game round void or uncertain, yesph reserves the right to void that round and refund the applicable wager to the Player's Wallet. No further compensation shall be payable.
• Disconnection: yesph is not responsible for Player disconnections caused by the Player's internet service provider or device. Where a wager was placed and the game round was completed before disconnection, the result stands. Where a round was interrupted before completion, the wager will be refunded.
• Wager Limits: Minimum and maximum wager limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface. yesph reserves the right to apply additional wager limits to individual Players at its discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yesph Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent play.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your Wallet.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing yesph staff, other Players, or third parties through any channel associated with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain. Any Player who identifies a bug must report it to support immediately.

Responsible Gaming

yesph is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire Platform. We provide the following tools and resources to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that alert them to the duration of their current play session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications during gameplay can be enabled to display session duration and net wagering activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a period of their choosing, ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed within the elected exclusion period.
• Account Closure: Any Player may request permanent Account closure at any time by contacting yesph support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

Account Suspension & Termination

yesph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's payment provider.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request.
• Discovery that a Player is under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or from a PAGCOR-affiliated responsible gaming register.
• Any other reason yesph deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players.

Upon suspension or termination for cause, yesph reserves the right to withhold Account balances pending investigation. Where a Player is found not to have engaged in prohibited conduct, any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method.

Intellectual Property

All content on the yesph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interfaces, icons, images, and audio-visual material, is the property of yesph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any game software or Platform component.
• Use the yesph name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of yesph's intellectual property will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, yesph's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

yesph shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from reliance on information contained on the Platform.
• Platform unavailability, delays, or interruptions caused by Force Majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where yesph has not been negligent.
• Any technical failure by a Player's device, internet connection, or third-party payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms limits yesph's liability for death or personal injury caused by yesph's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by Philippine law.

Privacy

yesph collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

yesph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by Philippine law or where necessary to investigate suspected fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.

Amendments to These Terms

yesph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, yesph will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to the registered address on file.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, Players agree to first attempt resolution of any dispute informally by contacting yesph support at [email protected]. yesph will endeavour to respond to and resolve all support queries within five (5) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players may escalate complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR's published complaints procedures.
